At SK Association Management, Inc, we understand the importance of having an efficient team in place to ensure properties are properly maintained and issues are reported and addressed in a timely manner. We have developed our Porter Division in order to meet the needs of our clients. We can address both your janitorial and minor maintenance needs including but not limited to:
• Dust handrails and horizontal surfaces including stairwells
• Sweep stairwells
• Sweep and mop laundry room(s)
• Dust flat surfaces 72” and below (including plants in the hallways)
• Vacuum the floors hallways
• Change light bulbs as necessary (accessible with a 4’ stepladder)
• Clean pool area
• Clean pool furniture
• Clean dumpster area
• Clean laundry room, dust the machines and dryers, sweep and mop the floor.
• Clean restroom
• Dust the light fixtures
• Power wash sidewalks
• Painting touch up
• Change locks
• Report property issues to management for action
