  • Ensure that financial statements are analyzed and forwarded to the Board within time lines and provide clarification to the Board as required
  • Establish relationship with vendors to increase quality of services provided and reduce costs
  • Screen all vendors and ensure they are licensed, insured and bonded
  • Compliance with all governing documents
